Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice vegies and microwave til tender.
  2. Preheat oven to 200c. Grease a baking dish with oil spray.
  3. Beat egg whites with basil, paprika, curry powder and milk.
  4. Spread vegies in the dish and pour over the egg mix. Sprinkle with yeast.
  5. Bake until set and golden. Cut into 4 squares and refrigerate. Serve for breakfast.
