  1. In a sturdy pot heat broth until bubbly
  2. Add sesame oil
  3. Add spinach
  4. Cook until limp and swirling
  5. While bubbling slowly add scrammbed eggs
  6. Serve really hot with scallions on top of each bowl
  7. Sprinkle crumbled egg yolk on top
