Easy White Chocolate And Brownie Torte

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dampen the sides of an 8-inch springform pan and line with a strip of wax paper.
  2. In small pan put the chocolate. add 2/3 cup of the cream and heat very gently until the is chocolate melted
  3. Stir until smooth , then pour into a bowl and cool
  4. Break the chocolate brownies into chunky pieces and sprinkle these over the base of the springform pan
  5. Pack them down lightly to make a fairly dense base (bottom crust)
  6. Whip the remaining cream until it forms peaks then fold in the white chocolate mixture
  7. Spoon into pan to cover the layer of brownies
  8. Tap the pan gently on the counter to level the white chocolate mixture
  9. Cover and freeze overnight
  10. Trans fer the torte to the refrigerator about 45 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
  11. Decorate with a light dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder just before serving
  12. For extra decoration put a few fresh berries around the edge and in the middle
