  2. Place everything except the oilve oil in a food processor and pulse until well blended
  3. Slowly add enough olive oil to make it come together
  4. Place the mixture on the cheese and serve with crackers
  5. ** you can add anything such as capers, anchovies but this is what I had on hand that day and everyone loved it, I brought nothing home.
