Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Microwave spinach in microwave-safe bowl for 3 minutes on high, or until wilted.
  3. Drain and chop spinach and set aside.
  4. In a medium saucepan, melt butter on medium-high heat.
  5. Add the garlic and cream cheese and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring until cream cheese is melted and smooth.
  6. Fold in spinach, artichokes, sour cream and half of the mozzarella.
  7. Stir mixture until melted.
  8. Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Best if served with pita chips or tortilla scoops!
