Easy No Cook Noodle Lasagna!!!! (Ricotta Free)

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) can mushrooms (optional, you could also put in other veggies) (optional)
  • 1 (24 oz) container cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (16 oz) box lasagna noodles

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook hamburger.
  3. Mix cooked hamburger, sauce, and mushrooms.
  4. Mix cottage cheese and egg.
  5. Line 9x13 pan with aluminum foil.
  6. Place noodles in the bottom of pan.
  7. Cover noodles with hamburger sauce mixture.
  8. Cover hamburger sauce mixture with cottage cheese mixture.
  9. Cover with some cheese.
  10. Repeat until ingredients are gone ending with shredded cheese.
  11. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 1 hour.
  12. Remove aluminum foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until browned on top.
