Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground turkey in a large skillet (this very lean meat may require a little extra virgin olive oil in the pan so it doesn't dry out).
  2. When meat is browned, pour the whole bottle of teriyaki sauce in the pan along with the peanuts.
  3. Spoon the meat into crisp lettuce cups and dip into the soy sauce.
  4. Enjoy!
