Easy Homemade Classic Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups rough cut cabbage
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp creamed horseradish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingedients, except for cabbage.
  2. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in cabbage, chill for at least 1 hour.
