Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dice the carrot. very small cubes.
  2. Mince the green onions.
  3. Crush the garlics then mince.
  4. In a non-stick pan,put the vegetable oil.
  5. Add the garlic,carrot and green onion.Saute.
  6. Add the rice.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. When serving, garnish with parsley and fried minced garlic on top.
  10. Goes perfectly well with anything fried and grilled. Enjoy!
