Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan, then drizzle about 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the bottom.
  2. Add all of the ingredients together, and with an electric mixer mix on high for 1 minute.
  3. Scoop the sticky batter into the prepared pan, cover the pan with a towel , and let it rise at room temperature for 1 hour, till it's become puffy.
  4. While waiting for the dough to rise, preheat the oven to 375°F.
  5. Once the dough is done rising gently poke the dough with your finger.
  6. Drizzle lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle with seasoning, and/or the dried herbs of your choice, if desired.
  7. Bake until bread is golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.
  8. Remove it from the oven, wait 5 minutes, then turn it out of the pan onto a rack. Can be served warm or at room temperature.
