Easy Feta Tuna over Spinach Fettuccine

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook fettuccine or noodles according to package directions. Drain well; keep fettuccine warm by placing in colander over a pot of warm water and cover.
  2. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan cook onion in butter or margarine until tender but not brown.
  3. Stir in flour. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more.
  4. Gently stir in tuna and 1/4 cup of the cheese.
  5. Spoon tuna mixture over the hot cooked fettucine or noodles. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and olives.
  6. Serve immediately.
