Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 4 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix the eggs and sugar, add oil and milk.
  3. Add wet to dry and mix well.
  4. Roll out.
  5. Cut into rounds, with a hole in the center.
  6. Fry in oil until golden.
  7. Cover with powdered sugar if desired.
