Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingrdients except noodles on low speed to blend smooth
  2. Mix in the drained noodles
  3. Fill either greased cupcake tins or in a 11 x 7 pyrex pan
  4. Size of cupcake tins determine yield
  5. Bake 350 30 to 40 minutes in pan or about 20 minutes for cupcake size
  6. Note: these freeze very well
  7. May serve with a strawberry topping or sauce if desired
