Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove skin from chicken and chop into large pieces
  2. In skillet, add oil and heat to medium
  3. Add onions and saute until tender
  4. In Dutch oven, add next 5 ingredients and bring to simmer
  5. On lightly floured surface, roll each biscuit to 1/4 inch
  6. Cut into 4 pie pieces
  7. Skim surface of any scum that has accumulated too top
  8. Add cream of mushroom soup and gravy
  9. Bring back to simmer
  10. Stir in biscuit dumplings a few at a time
  11. Once all are added, cover and simmer for 10 minutes
