Easy Cheesy Pretzel Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 7 slices american cheese
  • 1 tsp mustard

Directions:

  1. In a medium sauce pan over medium heat melt butter, then add cornstarch.
  2. Slowly pour in the milk. Stir continually until milk thickens.
  3. Once it has thickened add salt and American cheese. Continue stirring until cheese has melted.
  4. Once cheese has melted add mustard to mixture.
  5. Serve with soft or hard pretzels and enjoy.
