Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of frozen or fresh broccoli
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup reg. flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 10-3/4 oz. chicken broth

Directions:

  1. Add onion to broccoli and cook. In medium sauce pan melt butte, stir in flour, salt and pepper til well blended. Gradually add milk until well blended. Add mustard, chicken broth, broccoli with onion and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
