Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients in a blender, pour into a small dish.
  2. Whisk in mayo, 2 tbsp parmesan and lemon juice.
  3. Tear lettuce and put in a large salad bowl.
  4. Add 3/4 c dressing, toss.
  5. Add 1/4 c parmesan, croutons, and pepper, toss again.
  6. Serve extra dressing on the side.
