Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degree. Set rack in middle position.
  2. Assemble bread slices in 9x13 baking dish. Brush slices with butter and garlic mixture. Top with chopped tomatoes and onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Flatten mozzarella balls and top each bread slice. Sprinkle basil on top. Lightly drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes.
