  2. In a large bucket or container large enough to hold your turkey, mix together the water, salt, garlic, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Store in a refrigerator, and soak turkey for 2 days before smoking or roasting.
  3. It was cold enough outside that I put it in a bucket with a lid, placed a cinder block on top and kept it on the porch for two days, it never got above 30 degrees outside so it was perfect!
  4. Rinse and pat dry, cook or smoke as usual
