Ingredients:

  • white frosting
  • green food coloring
  • pipe cleaners

Directions:

  1. Bake your cupcakes and let them cool.
  2. Frost with white frosting .
  3. In a bowl, mix coconut and green food coloring until the coconut is green .
  4. Cover the frosted cupcake tops with green coconut, so that it looks like grass on top.
  5. Add Marshmallow Chicks, Jelly Beans and any other FUN Easter Candy that you would like.
  6. Insert the pipe cleaner, as an upside down “U” to each side of the cupcake to create your basket handle.
  7. Tie a ribbon on the top of the handle and you have an Easter Basket Cupcake!
