Ingredients:

  • 3 cups instant rice
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Bring 3 cups chicken broth, tomato paste, cumin, butter and garlic powder to boil. Once boiling add rice and mix well. Cover pot and remove from heat. Let stand 5-7 minutes and fluff rice and serve.
