Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Follow the directions on the box for a yellow cake mix using the eggs and oil accordingly. After mixing the batter, pour the can of cherries into the bottom of a 9x12-inch cake pan. DO NOT GREASE PAN. After the cherries are spread evenly on the bottom of the pan, spread the cake batter over the top of the cherries Bake at 350 until cake is done. You can also add a small can of pineapple on top the cherries and sprinkle pecans over it before adding cake mix. After cake is done sprinkle powdered sugar over the top. Use a spoon to scoop it rather than cut it with a knife
  2. This dish is really sweet the more fruit you add the sweeter it gets i also add coconuts. mt mom made this when i was younger i was sure to eat my vegetables.
