Ingredients:

  • 2 -4 tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1/4 cup ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1/2 cup sweet paprika
  • 1/3 cup celery salt
  • 1/3 cup garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp oregano

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
  2. Store in a covered glass container in the fridge, or freeze in a plastic covered freezer-safe container.
  3. To use; rub all over to coat the beef, pork or chicken.
  4. Marinate if desired.
  5. **NOTE**this rub is good for all kinds of beef, pork and also chicken.
