Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix oil, sugar and applesauce
  2. Combine dry ingredients
  3. Blend both mixtures well
  4. Add the raisins and diced apples
  5. Pour batter into a 8 x 12 oblong pan
  6. Bake 350F 25 to 30 mins or tested done
  7. When cool, sprinkle with powder sugar
  8. Note: freezes well
