Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef & follow directions on seasoning packet
  2. While cooking the beef, chop the peppers and lettuce into bite size portions
  3. If making this for a group of people: in a large bowl toss the lettuce and peppers with the bottle of Catalina dressing until mixed well, next layer on the black olives & shredded cheese. Next put the cooked ground beef on top (I like to put the cheese first so it melts under then hot ground beef) mix up everything in the bowl
  4. Top with crumbled up Doritos and Sour cream
  5. If making this for just a couple servings only mix up as much as you are planning on eating. If you store the ingredients separately they will stay fresh MUCH longer!
