Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375° F.
  2. Combine meat, taco mix, cheese, and water.
  3. Arrange crescent triangles in a circle with bases overlapping and points out on the 13 stone, leaving a 5 circle in center.
  4. Spoon meat on triangle bases.
  5. Fold points over meat and tuck under.
  6. Bake 20-25 min until brown.
  7. Cut off the top of the pepper.
  8. Fill pepper with salsa and place in center of ring.
  9. Mound lettuce, tomato, onions, and olives around pepper.
  10. Garnish with sour cream.
  11. Serves 8.
