Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat chicken stock and add rice. Boil for 15 minutes.
  2. While rice is boiling, seed and mince both peppers.
  3. Fry sausage patties and break apart as they cook.
  4. Add peppers, pepper flakes, and chili powder to the mix and stir.
  5. Drain rice and add to sausage mix.
  6. Saute rice mixture for a minute or so, then serve hot.
