Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mince onions, garlic and mushrooms.
  2. Saute in butter approximately ten minutes.
  3. Add basil, salt and pepper and flour.
  4. Remove crusts from bread, or use crustless white bread.
  5. Roll each slice flat.
  6. Spread 1 tsp mushroom mix on each flattened slice.
  7. Roll up tightly, placing seam down on cookie sheet.
  8. Brush each mushroom roll-up with melted butter.
  9. Bake at 400* for 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned.
  10. For diplomas: tie a ribbon around each rollup in your school colors.
