Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a heavy saucepan bring blueberries and 1/4 cup water to a boil. Cover.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer til berries are soft.
  3. Dissolve cornstarch in remaining water.
  4. Add to blueberries and stir until jam thickens.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Cool slightly.
  7. Add artificial sweetener.
  8. Mix.
  9. Serve warm or chilled.
