Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Heat mashed potatoes. Heat sour cream with mustard, salt, sugar and onion then stir into hot potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika and heat for 20 minutes or divide into 4 portions then place each on lightly greased square of foil and sprinkle with paprika. Seal packets and heat over coals for 20 minutes.
