Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup quaker oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend.
  2. Get your favorite griddle hot 400 deg.
  3. I use pam to coat griddle. Pour batter onto griddle like normal pancakes.
  4. Once cooked top them with sugar free maple syrup. mmmmm goood.
