Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour 9x13 pan.
  2. Combine eggs and oil. Whisk until foamy.
  3. Mix flour, sugars, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, apple pie spice, and nutmeg in a separate bowl. Add to egg mixture, blending thoroughly.
  4. Add apples and mix until blended.
  5. Fold in sour cream and walnuts.
  6. Spread into prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
