Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter a 13 x 9 baking pan.
  3. Place the sliced apples in prepared baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon.
  5. In a mixing bowl cream butter and remaining 2 cups brown sugar.
  6. Add eggs.
  7. Stir in flour and 3/4 cup walnuts.
  8. Spread over apples.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup walnuts.
  10. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until apples are tender.
