Deer Steak Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients well.
  2. Pour over deer steaks.
  3. Marinate at the very least 3 hours.
  4. Over night is better.
