Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo - river fish or any of your favorite fish
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 2 - 3 cups - oil for deep frying

Directions:

  1. Mix up all the ingredients in a bowl, put the fish pieces in and shake it so as to ensure that the pieces are well coated with the marinate ingredients and marinate it overnight or minimum 1 hour
  2. Deep Fry the fish pieces till crips
