Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. SPECIAL NOTE: a food processor/chopper may be used vs. grinder. The number of jars this produces depends on how fine veggies are chopped.
  2. Grind tomatoes in food grinder.
  3. Add salt & let stand over-night.
  4. Grind peppers and onions.
  5. Finely chop cabbage.
  6. Drain tomatoes and add peppers, onions & cabbage.
  7. Combine sugar, vinegar and spices (tied in bag).
  8. Place all ingredients in pan.
  9. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  10. Pack into hot jars and seal.
