Barbecued Apricot Hot Dogs

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 lbs hot dogs , cut into 1 inch pieces

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except hot dogs in a slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on high for 30 minutes, and then add hot dog pieces.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  4. Serve over rice as a main dish if desired, or as an appetizer.
