Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut orange in pieces and remove seeds. Do NOT peel. Drop into blender or food processor & blend until rind is finely ground. In a large bowl, mix juice, dates, egg & butter. Add the orange mixture & blend until well mixed.
  2. Sift flour & remaining ingredients into a bowl. Pour orange mixture over this and stir lightly until mixed through.
  3. Fill greased or paper lined muffin tins about 3/4 full. Bake at 400F for 15 to 18 minutes.
