Dark Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 oz lindt 80% chocolate, melted & cooled
  • 8 oz ghiardelli 60% choc., melted & cooled
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350^.
  2. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Fold in melted chocolates and butter.
  5. Add vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes.
  8. Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
