Dark Chocolate Cheesecake

A very rich, dark chocolate cake. I prefer premium chocolate, using Lindt and Ghiardelli.
Ingredients:
use chocolate crust = see crust page
1 1/2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs
4 ounces lindt 80% chocolate, melted & cooled
8 ounces ghiardelli 60% choc., melted & cooled
2 tbsp melted butter
1 1/2 tea vanilla
1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350^.
2. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
3. Add eggs one at a time.
4. Fold in melted chocolates and butter.
5. Add vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly.
6. Pour into prepared pan.
7. Bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes.
8. Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
