Ingredients:

  • 3 cup. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup. sugar
  • 1 cup. butter

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, soda, baking powder, salt and butter like pie crust.
  2. Beat the eggs and add sugar and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and thoroughly mix.
  4. Chill for 2 hours.
  5. Roll out dough very thin (1/8in) and cut with cookie cutter.
  6. Bake at 400° oven till slightly brown.
  7. Sprinkle with sugar when still warm.
