Ingredients:

  • 3 quarts dandelion flowers
  • 3 quarts boiling water
  • 3 lbs sugar

Directions:

  1. Pour the boiling water over the dandelion blooms and let stand for 3 days and 2 nights. Strain. To the liquid add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Let the mixture stand for 3 weeks then bottle.
