Dad's Double Whole Grain Pancakes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, sift all-purpose flour, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. Stir in whole wheat flour.
  3. In a small bowl, combine sugar, eggs, water, butter and vinegar.
  4. Make a well in the flour mixture, and pour in the egg mixture.
  5. Mix until smooth.
  6. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  8. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot.
