Ingredients:

  • 1 package frozen spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp chili pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Saute ground beef. Drain and set aside
  2. Cook spinach. Set aside
  3. Blend finely chopped onion, garlic, and ginger in food processor.
  4. Saute onion mixture on high heat for 5 minutes
  5. Add coriander, cumin, curry, pepper.
  6. Stir and saute 5-10 minutes. Add water if needed
  7. Add ground beef and spinach
  8. Cook over low heat 15-20 minutes.
