Directions:

  1. Mix together cucumber and pimiento strips.
  2. Shake oil and vinegar together.
  3. Pour over cucumbers and chill 1 hour. Drain well.
  4. Just before serving, blend with sour cream. Chopped green onion tops may be added while cucumbers are marinating, if desired.
