Ingredients:

  • 6 large cucumbers
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Slice cucumbers and onions into large bowl or jar. Pour in rest of ingredients and stir. Cover and let sit for at least 4-6 hours or best if you can overnight.
