Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped peeled cucumber
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Stir together all ingredients; chill 1 hour. Serve with mixed greens.
