Cucumber Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 (6 oz) package pepperidge farm salad dressing mix
  • 1 (10 oz) can cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Cut peeled cucumbers into chunks.
  2. Put in suacepan with onion and parboil in salted water.
  3. Cucumbers should be just slightly cooked.
  4. Drain all water.
  5. Place a layer of cucumber/onion mixture in a casserole.
  6. Sprinkle with dressing mix.
  7. Dressing mixture should be 1/4 to 1/2 thick.
  8. Dot with butter.
  9. Continue layers until all cucumbers are used.
  10. Dilute 1 can (10 ounces) cheese soup with 1/2 c milk.
  11. Pour on top of layers of cucumber and dressing mix.
  12. Sprinkle on top with dressing mix.
  13. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
