  1. Combine almond milk and egg beaters. add chopped asparagus,leeks, and chicken breast. pour into lightly sprayed 9 inch pie plate. layer swiss on top of mixture. salt and pepper to taste. bake at 425 for approx 40-50 minutes or until set.
