Crusted Kingfish Salad With Grapefruit And Mint

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put spice mix in a pan over med heat cook until spices
  2. Are fragrant and salt is starting golden,cool and grind with motor and pestle or spice grinder. Makes about 150g[51/2oz]
  3. Roll the kingfish in the spice mix. Heat oil in fry pan and cook fish about 30sec on each side until sealed but stil raw in middle
  4. Take fish out of pan and let rest
  5. Mix the rest of ingredients to make a salad spoon onto plates.
  6. Slice fish and arrange on top of salad
  7. Enjoy
